Job Description

Our client is a global supplier of manufacturing and engineering services in the aerospace, defense and industrial markets. They are seeking candidates that are on a quest for a long term career and welcome advancement opportunities.
The Program Manager is responsible for the execution of all aspects of the program to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with technical and contractual requirements, schedules and budgets. The Program Manager is accountable for all communications and relationships between our client and its customers including tracking customer scorecards and surveys.
This is considered a permanent placement opportunity and the salary range is $80k-$110k, based on experience. Benefits are offered on the 31st day of employment and 401k is offered on the 91st day of employment.

Responsibilities:
-Provide coordinated company responses to customer requirements and inquiries
-Communicate with Integrated Product Team to assure customer requirements and prepare, plan and lead negotiations
-Synchronize financial controls to assimilate time phased budgets and program schedules that support contractual obligations and company goals
-Analyze and evaluate all contracts to verify Terms and Conditions, Work Statements, Funding, Performance Periods, Deliverables and Customer General Conditions
-Review program performance to provide visibility for project costs, margins and schedules
-Oversee management of business unit bookings, backlogs, receivables and sales forecasts

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-Experience in production control, contracts management and project management
-Understanding of LEAN and Six Sigma principles and methodologies
-Customer service and attention to detail
-Advanced skills in MS Office Suite- Word, Excel and Power Point
-Strong people and time management skills

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
-BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred
-3-7+ years in an aerospace or manufacturing environment
-Certification in PMP and/or CAPM is required
-Contracts Administration, Project Management and Supervisory experience is a plus
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
