Job Description

* Performs any and all tasks in a safe manner, keeping in mind safety on the job at all times
* Responsible for the preparation and processing of purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
* Understands purchasing procedures to meet internal customer requirements

Responsibilities:
* Communicate with vendors to adjust and correct orders as necessary
* Analyzes supplier quotes and proposals as well as recommending resources
* Creates and maintains necessary records and files
* Process item changes or discontinued packets as directed
* Resolves pricing/invoicing issues with Accounts Payable
* Communicate with vendors to assist in reimbursement for warranty claims issued

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
* Attention to detail a must, no exception

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years
