Job Description

A high-tech electronics company in the Bridgewater area is looking for a purchasing and planning administrator to join their team! Innovative company with amazing benefits. Creating/advancing open purchase orders
Supporting purchasing department with various functions such as updating pricing, creating part numbers, etc.
Assist with the planning and purchasing of stock items
Sending purchase orders to suppliers, confirming receipt of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, etc.
Turn quotes for inventory items into purchase orders
Weekly invoice sorting/matching
Other administrative tasks as needed

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Strong math, verbal and written communication skills
Strong team player mentality
Ability to prioritize
Detail oriented

High School

1-4 years

High school diploma with 1-3 years experience or equivalent
College or Associate's degree preferred
Working knowledge of ERP systems
