Job Description

The quality complaint analyst is responsible for the initial evaluation of non-serious and serious quality complaints against our products and services. This role supports the initial review and assignment of issues into various internal departments and ensures that they are fully resolved in a timely manner. This may include, but is not limited to verification of the customer claim, lot number/serial number verification, trend analysis, quarantine and sorting activities along with escalation on serious complaints.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for Customer Complaints Management (coordinate actions, track actions, analyze customer complaints for trends and escalate)
Evaluates and assigns complaints internally to the needed function
Monitor group mailboxes for critical communications from business partners.
Work directly without immediate supervision to collaborate on appropriateness of response taking complaints and financial business risk into account
Monitors Complaint Records in QMS to ensure standard process is adhered and complaint closure as required.
Compile and monitor data for trending analysis by product
Assists with maintenance of training presentations for complaint processes
Perform other essential and related peripheral duties as may be assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
Demonstrate discipline and consistency regarding adherence to established standards, policies, and procedures
Intermediate computer skills including MSOffice Applications (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal skills (must be a team player willing to lead)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills using the English language.
Excellent organizational skills

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High School Diploma required;
3+ years of experience in Operations
Experience in Quality Control and/or Quality related roles preferred
General leadership skills preferred
Experience in analyzing large sets of data to identify root causes and implement action items through structured problem solving approach
Knowledge in SAP Platform preferred
Knowledge in BPS and/or Lean & Quality tools desired
