Job Description

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the development, implementation, training, evaluation, and maintenance of assigned clinical analysis and reporting processes to support the function of the Quality Management and the Compliance Management Departments.
Formulates and implements clinical report documentation and standardization, documentation of report terminology, and audit processes.
Must understand the current environment of health care and be knowledgeable of new trends in clinical practices as well as information systems and be able to apply current analysis and reporting techniques.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documentation and literature. Tests, validates, and documents report modifications and upgrades to the Quality Management support software.
Acts as a project lead on projects as assigned.

Responsibilities:
Understands systems analysis and design, operational processes, data management techniques, reporting tools and methods.
Maintains master files and/or documentation for applications and reports as necessary to support end users and goals of the system. Documents report modifications.
Assist with the collection, collation and distributions of the Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluations and the Focused Professional Practice Evaluations.
Demonstrates ability to see a project or assignment to completion, accepting responsibility for all aspects of the project.
Assure data and report presentations current for accreditation process related to monitoring and minutes.
Works with Patient Safety Investigation committee by keeping accurate minutes, sending out agendas and assuring follow up for pending items.
Assist with conducting FMEA, RCA, flow charts, graphs and charts as directed.

Works with director/management on any other project as directed. Assist and collaborate scheduling meetings for staff and vendors. Maintains and monitor???s supply inventory.
Participates in annual performance improvement reappraisal ensuring reporting of quality and standards compliance.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Minimum of two years working in a medical environment associated with the application being supported.
Must be able to apply principals of logic and data processing concepts to define problems, to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Adept at reading and interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions, books, documentation, and manuals necessary to support the applications.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Quality and Compliance Departments' support software systems.
Critical attention to details while flexible in managing workflow priorities with moderate supervision.
Must possess sufficient manual dexterity so as to be capable of typing accurately, utilizing a computer keyboard.
Sight, with corrected vision, is necessary to perform the job.
Must be able to move about the hospital for posting of information or observation.

Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
A combination of Licensure or Certification and job experience in clinical and medical data management
Minimum of 2 years of University/College courses desired, degree preferred
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Must submit to a drug screen and background check.
