Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Perform duties according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensure that required data is properly documented in a timely fashion according to the current SOPs
- Report deviations from SOPs or unexpected results in a timely fashion
- Routinely monitor Data Outputs and Quality Control procedures to ensure that all activities are performed according to the current versions of the SOPs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement process
- Responsible for ensuring data is reported in a timely manner as determined by contractual obligations.
- Author and revise SOPs as needed
- Upload, review and approve laboratory data in accordance with standard operating procedures and good documentation practices
- Performs review of data generated from external laboratories and ensures accuracy.
- Conduct process investigations and troubleshooting as assigned
- Utilize systems with data acquisition and interpretation software to provide non-routine data interpretation.
- Utilize KPI and other metrics to identify and report negative trends in lab performance
- Manages Sentinel and Contamination Testing Programs and reports results as described in the SOP
- Identify data generation issues and propose corrective/preventative actions.
- Monitor checkpoints in data flow and initiate corrections if necessary

Working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Skills:
Qualifications:
- 1 Years Experience with large scale data management or quality control.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, with expert competency in Excel, Access and SharePoint
- Ability to read, understand and follow SOPs
- Strong communication skills, time management skills, team orientation, and work ethic.
- Must be detail oriented and accurate
- Ability to analyse data through the application of statistical methods to identify trends which may indicate need for process improvements
- Ability to lead teams and process improvements through direction and example
