This position is responsible for establishing a companywide quality assurance system that enhances customer satisfaction, ensures product quality, and positively impacts the financial performance of the company. The Quality Manager leads and promotes continuous improvement efforts focused on cost savings, productivity improvements, and the impact on sales. The Quality Manager will establish and maintain an effective Quality Management System which will implement quality improvement activities, such as Six Sigma, to raise the performance of the company's products, as well as, Level 2 Procedures. The Quality Manager will also be responsible for educating and training employees on how their contributions impact quality.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
--Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
--Must possess working knowledge of ISO standards, process improvement, and Six Sigma.
--Excellent attention to detail skills and have the ability to multi-task on projects.
--Have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
--Possess excellent presentation skills to both a group of customers or to employees of the organization.
--Possess the ability to develop and implement ISO standards.
--Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office.
--Possess the basic understanding of chemicals.
--Work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
--Have the ability to manage employees as well as projects.
Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree, preferably in Chemistry, Business, Engineering, or Natural Science with seven to ten years of relative working experience, including management of employees.
