Job Description

Job Function: Working under the direction of the Quality Systems Supervisor, the Customer Relations Tech will manage Quality Systems initiatives, such as but not limited to; the nonconforming material reports (NCMRs) program, customer complaints process, manage quality related requests and inquiries From customers, assist with CAPA investigations, oversee risk management and customer labeling program. The Customer Relations Tech will report out metrics in the form of graphs of each managed system to upper management.


Conduct evaluations and root cause analysis on customer complaints
- Communicate with the appropriate personnel of any discrepancies related to the applicable complaint
- Ensure that all complaints are addressed, monitored, and reported to the appropriate personnel
- Assist in writing and updating standard operating procedures and other quality system documentation
- Keep on track with customer and company expectations of turnaround time
- Review risk management documentation and actions for completeness, feasibility and adequacy
- Issuing, reviewing, and approving Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) when necessary to maintain and strengthen the QMS
- Oversee the full process and quality metrics of the NCMR program and follow through with staff for completion
- Manage and maintain product labeling compliance as per regulatory requirements
- Provide feedback to supervisors, managers, and technicians of customer related issues with data metrics
- Respond and direct customer inquiries and requests submitted through the 'Help Desk' system
- Work to reduce customer complaints
- Perform other duties as apparent or assigned

Working hours: Monday - Friday

Work Environment:
Regularly required to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time
Use a computer keyboard and monitor
The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds including moving objects above head level
Keen attention to detail and effective problem solving skills are highly preferred.

Job Qualifications:

Ability to multi-task and quickly set priorities
Minimum High School degree or equivalent. Associate Degree preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge and/or experience in quality systems, preferably with ISO standards
Strong English language communication skills, including effective oral and writing abilities
Customer-first approach to dealing with quality issues and challenges
Keen attention to detail and effective problem solving skills are highly preferred
