Job Description

The Reassignment Agent team within the Property & Title department facilitates a smooth and timely contract transfer by serving as a resource and sole point of contact for the real estate, title, and escrow agents throughout the home sale process.
A Reassignment Agent provides sellers the information they need to transfer their solar agreement and answers all potential buyer's questions and concerns. They generate the Transfer Agreement, collect digital signatures, and confirm the validity of the document when the home sale closes.

Hiring Immediately.

Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize a high volume of internal and external inquiries via phone, email and WebForm requests.
Manage project load and responsibilities simultaneously whilst maintaining excellent customer service, often in difficult or challenging circumstances.
Communicate continually with all necessary parties to facilitate the contract transfer within the timelines of the home sale or other transaction.
Demonstrate your understanding of contract terms and simplify contract language and solar basics with integrity and in a way that an assuming party would understand.
Independently draft, review, and send contracts and/or associated documents in compliance with company policies.
Exercise a high degree of discretion and independent judgment to evaluate each reassignment and determine how to best manage ensuring no loss to the company.
Follow process and protocols as outlined and directed by leadership.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Evidence of exceptional ability and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
Excellent written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and stay on task in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal team members.

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree preferred.
1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
Experience in real estate and/or mortgage industry preferred.
