Job Description

Position Summary:

Under general supervision, performs a variety of customer-related tasks. Processes customer rebate forms from receipt to request for payment, including customer contact and tracking of rebate status. Provides assistance to Marketing/Energy Conservation Officer related to energy conservation programs, tracking, and reporting. Works with various department to coordinate and complete customer data validation routines to ensure accurate customer information is maintained in various systems. Coordinates data collection and responses to customers for special data requests. Is back-up for Credit/Customer Service Representative position.

Working hours: 1ST SHIFT | MON-FRI 10AM-2PM

Skills:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Receives, records, processes, and reports on residential customer rebates on a timely basis. Verifies eligibility of customer and equipment. Approves rebate payments. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators relating to various rebate programs.

Works closely with the Marketing/Energy Conservation Officer. Assists with commercial and industrial customer rebates.

Responds to customer inquiries regarding status of rebate processing and payments. Communicates with customers regarding additional information required for processing and denied rebates.

Under direction from the Marketing/Energy Conservation Officer, stays abreast of existing and new rebate programs. Assists with a variety of energy conservation reporting requirements and external party use.

Develops processes and leads efforts to assemble and capture accurate customer data including phone numbers and email addresses. Maintains accurate information on landlords and other pertinent criteria in systems.

Performs data validation routines in CSM (Customer Information System) to identify inconsistent information requiring research and resolution. Assists with research and resolution of issues identified.

Completes special assignments and projects as assigned by supervisor.
