Job Description

We are in search for a Receptionist with some accounting experience for one of our clients. They are a growing construction and environmental company with their corporate office located in Fresno. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that offers a competitive wage and benefits upon successful completion of our Temp-To-Hire program.

Your customer service skills will be deeply appreciated when you welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
? Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
? Working directly with the accounting departments (A/R and A/P).
? Client interaction including ? invoicing, follow on services and collections
? Reconciliation of credit cards, maintaining timely collection of receipts
? General duties which include ? filing, job costing, keep the office tidy, ordering office supplies

--H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
