This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal direction, strong organizational and time management skills. Will be responsible for answering the phones, directing visitors, make copies, filing, and other additional clerical duties.
Working hours: Monday-Friday
Candidate must have excellent grammar, proofreading, and communication skills with above average judgment and analytical ability. Great presentation skills both in person and over the phone are needed in this Business professional work environment.
Must be a motivated and customer oriented with a friendly telephone etiquette as well as, a professional appearance and attitude. MS Office, typing, and various other assessments will be assessed as well as, criminal background and drug testing administered. 2+ years administrative experience is required.
