Job Description

A home improvement Company in Homosassa is looking for an energetic, confident, and experienced office professional to join their Front Office team! You will become a jack of all trades, and answer phones, greet clientele as they enter the showroom and office, tend to daily emails and administrative tasks, and take on other duties as needed. They are looking for the right personality to handle some days that can be chaotic, but also stay busy on days that are slow and manageable. You would provide general support for meetings, the sales team, and the executive team. After 90 days, you would be subject to a review and potential increase in pay. Working hours: Mon - Fri

Working knowledge of all office equipment
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Resilient and adaptable to be able to work with multiple personalities
At least 3 years experience in an Office/ Reception environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Experience with Inventory Control and Data Entry is a plus
