Job Description

a. Receive and respond to homeowners calls and emails for warranty service
b. Ensure repairs meet the company and customer expectations
c. Maintain detailed logs of all warranty requests
d. Review warranty requests against warranty manuals
e. Schedule warranty tech and trades to complete requests
f. Administrate the warranty ticket system
g. Greet & announce visitors.
h. Answer & route incoming calls or take messages.
i. Provides prompt, efficient and courteous service to visitors and callers.
j. Type and send routine correspondence either electronically or by other conventional means.
k. Receive, sort & distribute mail.
l. Maintain and order supplies and schedule maintenance for office equipment.
m. Keep break room supplied and clean.
n. Other related duties that are in line with office administration.
o. Responds to communications from homeowners
p. Updates all relevant data on outstanding claims in AppWright.
q. Communications with Construction department

Abilities:

1. Mandatory
a. Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
b. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions, decimals and percentages.
c. Excellent oral and written communication.
d. Ability to edit own work product.
e. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
f. Able to identify and solve problems under limited supervision.
g. Ability to treat all people with respect and use tact and diplomacy in difficult situations.
h. Ability to multi-task.
i. Provides a high quality work product often times under limited time constraints.
j. Able to adhere to all company policies such as rules of conduct, attendance, etc.
k. Ability to work in a team or independent environment.
l. Knowledge of the organization in order to direct visitors and callers to the appropriate persons.
m. Ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, ability to handle stressful situations and have a sense of urgency.

Skills:
Education and/or Experience:

1.-Mandatory:
a.-High School diploma or equivalent.
b.-One year prior office experience or equivalent training.
