Job Description

This is a multi-task position for a variety of administrative support tasks, with a professional attitude; including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting and training rooms.

Greet and determine where calls should be directed
Secretary to the General Manager
Good Math & 10 Key Skills (not 10 key on the computer)
Reading Retention And Written Recap/Editing Skills
Type And Library of Sales Quotes
Daily Time Sheet Entry & Balance of Reports
Hospitality duties ? lunch room and staff events
Attention to detail and organization

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Word, Word Perfect, Excel, and Outlook
Switchboard - Phone experience to greet and determine where calls should be directed
