Job Description

A local Somerset company is currently seeking a full time Receptionist.  The responsibilities of the Receptionist is too be the first point of contact for the company.   Temp to hire position, $11.00 per hour. 

Skills

Proven secretarial or administrative experience
Ability to multitask, prioritize, organize and plan
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Reliable and punctual

Responsibilities

The duties will include, but are not limited too:

Provide administrative and clerical support, basic bookkeeping, filing clerical duties
Keep the reception/lobby area tidy and neat
Make sure conference room is prepped for customers
Answer and screen all incoming phone calls
Greet and direct customers in a friendly manner
Maintain security by following procedures
Handle inquiries from customers and the public in a professional and courteous manner
Handle all incoming mail and packages
Schedule and receive any Fed Ex or UPS shipments
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of kitchenette area and supplies
