Job Description

Work under the supervision of the Chief Operations Officer, The full time Administrative Assistant will perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as answering phones, housekeeping, filing, data entry, invoicing, purcase orders, utilize computer programs in the Microsoft Office Suite to create and edit spreadsheets, reports and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalize, make necessary hotel and travel arrangements for management and visitors, perform clerical duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
Answering phones, housekeeping, filing, data entry, invoicing, purchase orders, utilize computer programs in the Microsoft Office Suite to create and edit spreadsheets, reports and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalize, make necessary hotel and travel arrangements for management and visitors, perform clerical duties as assigned.

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:25 PM

Skills:
Understand written sentences and paragraphs in company documents. Communicate effectively orally and in writing, as appropriate for the needs of the audience. Operate office equipment and machines including computer, calculator, telephone console, copy, scan and fax equipment and other equipment assigned. Operate office equipment effectively. Demonstrate the capacity to apply knowledge of company regulations and procedures in answering public inquires and forward other inquires requiring additional knowledge or expert

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Operate Office Equipment. Be able to utilize computer programs in Microsoft Office suite to create and edit spreadsheets and reports. Create and modify documents such as invoice , reports, memo, letters and financial statements. Be able to maintain office records .calendars and progress reports on various projects. Collect and Maintain inventory of office supplies.
