Job Description

- Handle activity at the front desk
- Have experience with Microsoft Office
- Specifically Excel.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Enter service calls into company database, Foundation
- Enters invoices into Foundation
- Sorts mail
- Enters time cards into Excel spreadsheet.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
- Solid understanding of Excel
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
- Desire and ability to multitask and handle customer issues
- Some A/P experience would be ideal

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Must successfully pass the pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to show proof of U.S. Citizenship or a valid work visa
