Job Description

Receptionist - Receptionist is responsible for acknowledging each person entering or telephoning in a pleasant, courteous and helpful manner. Candidates will have 1+ years front desk experience

Essential Functions:
Must communicate effectively with management, co-workers, and the public at large in person, by email, and by telephone.
Must operate office equipment proficiently, including printers, scanners, fax and copiers.
Must read and interpret pertinent information provided in written and printed form, as well as data presented in numerical and statistical format.
Specific Duties:

Answer the telephone and route calls promptly, in accordance with company guidelines
Accurately record telephone messages. Dates and times should always be listed along with the proper spelling of names.
In a situation where the call cannot be transferred to the requested party, record a brief, yet concise message.
Telephone numbers should always be repeated to the caller for accuracy.
Insure that the business telephone is used only for business purposes.
Pass messages along accurately, concisely and as quickly as possible.
Greet Visitors and Guests
Never let routine work keep you from serving the visitor or guest.
Process and deliver mail
Maintain delivery log and notify staff of packages received.
Organize, scan and file all orders, customer setup documents, credits, returns and destroys.
Organize, scan and file all documents received from the shipping department.
Scan documents as received from the accounting department.
Assist with projects as needed/assigned.

Working hours: 7:00 - 4:00
