Job Description

Local dairy production plant in need of a temporary recruiter / HR administrative assistant. The main purpose of the position is to recruit qualified candidates for the plant as well as assist the HR manager with administrative duties. Must have at least one year of recruiting experience and have knowledge of HR functions. The hours are 8am-5pm with an hour lunch. Pay is $16/hr

Responsibilities:
Recruiting of plant personnel
Assist HR manager with administrative duties
Screen, interview and testing of candidates
Use all sources available to recruit qualified candidates

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Microsoft office
Good communication and telephone skills
Attention to detail
Able to multi-task
Have knowledge/experience in HR functions

Education:
Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Associates degree
1+ yrs recruiting exp
1+ yrs schooling or exp in HR
