Job Description

Looking for a recruiter to make pre-screening phone calls, cold call new applicants, schedule/interview candidates, and help with administrative duties in the office. High energy, professionalism, and reliability are a must! Like working with people? Interest in getting your foot in the door with a growing, goal-oriented company? No experience required, although customer service experience is helpful!

*Administrative duties/recordkeeping
*Scheduling candidates/potential employees
*Pre-screening potential employees
*Reference checks
*Job fair participation as needed

Working hours: 1st Shift, M-F


*Must be reliable- office hours are M-F, 8am-5pm
*High energy, people-person needed!
*Experience in customer service helpful
*Must be comfortable learning new software, and be experienced in MS Office
*Ability to multi-task
*Must be goal driven/sales focused
*Entry-level position, so training on the job is provided, but the candidate must be willing to learn!
