Job Description

Fast paced office needs a recruiter that can multi-task, handle high volume of placements for clerical, light industrial and medical front office. Will conduct interviews, initiate background checks, verify references and all necessary screenings of candidates, compile documentation and input documentation into computer database. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Social media a must. Bi-lingual a plus. Must be professional in both appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities:
Recruiting candidates for various industries, posting jobs on multiple job boards, attending job fairs and mixers, working with Sales department on business development, conduct work site surveys, gain proficiency with company systems, compile documentation, conduct candidate screenings including reference checks, verification of education, background and drug screens and the processing of I-9.

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Skills:
Microsoft Word, Excel, typing, Social Media, knowledge of job boards, attention to detail.
