Job Description

This position is an On-Premise Manager at our client, a sample management services company for the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry, in Lawrenceville, NJ. This individual recruits, manages, maintains and oversees the contingent workforce. The On-Premise Manager will act as an on-site extension of the client's Talent Acquisition and HR functions, assuming responsibility for the full employment lifecycle (candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and on-going performance management and engagement) directly supporting the specific strategic and operational goals of the client's contact center.

Responsibilities:
-- Develop and manage an on-going talent pipeline that aligns with workforce needs (source candidates through recruitment strategies including social media, college and career fairs, professional/industry organizations, networking and other creative methods).
-- Partner with client management team to provide tailored service and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
-- Facilitate marketing plan and collateral for recruitment brand recognition.
-- Manage hiring process by coordinating drug tests and employment verifications, administering skills assessments, processing applications, completing references, and making hiring recommendations.
-- Maintain talent records of candidates and employees.
-- Create and roll-out proactive retention programs to engage and motivate workforce.
-- Ensure completion of appropriate employment paperwork, time and attendance records, compliance with employment laws and company policies.
-- Coordinate efforts pertaining to unemployment hearings, applicant screenings, safety, payroll, and onboarding paperwork.
-- Build relationships, act as a resource to employees and provide employee relations.
-- Prepare statistical reports and analysis on use of recruitment methods and established workforce metrics.
-- Meet and/or exceed recruitment goals, reduce and/or limit costs, etc.
-- Assist in planning and forecasting of recruitment needs.
-- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needed for long and short-term staffing goals.
-- Utilize interviewing tools that have proven to be effective and lawful and without discrimination.
-- Assist in the establishment and development of fair selection standards and criteria.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-- Experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing work and effective time management skills.
-- Excellent written and verbal communication.
-- Proficiency with MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software applications, internet research, etc.
-- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making skills are required.
-- Must be innovative in approach and creative.

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
-- 4+ years of experience in staffing, Human Resources, or a related field.
-- Prior experience counseling and motivating employees
-- Knowledge of current employment law.
-- Previous management experience is preferred.
-- Bachelors degree preferred
-- Contact center experience preferred
