Job Description

Local company seeking a Recruiting Specialist to work supporting the staffing needs of a technical and trade organization

Responsibilities:
execution of recruiting plans.
-Work closely with HR team to recruit for all open roles and set interviews
-Work within Recruiting and Applicant tracking systems
- Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable. Set continuous improvement goals.
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Must have previous experience as a recruiting specialist and focused position
Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
Experience in recruiting required, experience in technical recruiting preferred
Prefer experience within construction industry; not required
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule. (MD,DC,VA, PA)

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
3+ years experience in recruiting focused HR position
Recruiting in the construction materials management industry is a plus.
A bachelors degree is preferred but not required.
Must be able to pass background and drug screen.
