Job Description

Spherion Staffing has several openings in a Bank for Remediation Specialists.
These positions will be responsible for responding to routine inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers regarding financial products and services. Qualified applicants will provide stellar customer service and have 4+ years of customer contact experience in a financial services environment.

$18-19.50/hour DOE
Various shifts available between the hours of 8am-8pm
Training is Mon-Friday Day Shift 3-5 weeks

Responsibilities:
- Serve as an advocate for family members and/or personal representatives for deceased customers who call our call center looking to handle financial affairs across company Branches call when customers come into the branch
- Take ownership and personal accountability to support and deliver stellar service
- Lead branch bankers through the steps to secure all accounts and perform necessary steps to handle immediate needs and maintenance accounts
- Communicate with empathy during highly stressful and sensitive situations; is compassionate and acknowledges emotions
- Model excellent customer service behaviors by accurately and concisely communicating in a positive, professional manner to both internal and external customers

Skills:
Requirements:
-High School diploma or GED
-4+ years of customer contact experience in a financial services environment
-Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
-Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
-1+ year of call center experience
-Financial services industry experience
-Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
-Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex customer issues
-Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
-Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
-Experience working with changing priorities and deadlines
