The Retail Branch Manager's primary duties include the efficient daily operation and management of the office, including monitoring profit, loans, collections, sales, delinquency control, as well as training and supervising staff. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of retail management experience.
This is considered a permanent placement opportunity located in Tulsa and the annual salary is $30k-$34k plus commission and bonuses. Fantastic benefits are offered, including Medical Benefits, 401K, Paid Sick and Vacation days

-Enforce company policies and procedures
-Training, managing, and retaining qualified staff (with assistance from District Manager and Home Office)
-Monitor time worked by staff and report time to HR for record keeping and payroll processing purposes
-Responsible for sales merchandise inventory and overseeing sales operations
-Prompt, accurate and complete reporting to Home Office as instructed
-Closing out at the end of the month and providing accurate reporting to the Home Office in a timely manner
-Handling all funds transactions, deposit banking and checkbook management. Must fully account for and resolve any discrepancies.
-Ability to attend/travel to periodic group Manager?s meetings and Home Office orientation/training sessions.

High School

4-7 years

-5+ years of retail management
-Sales experience preferred
-Prior experience in training/mentoring
-Ability to travel to meetings and training sessions
