** College Classes Out? We Have The Perfect Seasonal Position ** 

Needing to make some extra cash? Want a job that puts a global brand on your resume? If you have worked in retail or customer service in the past, but hated retail hours and schedule, this position is for you! 

We are seeking dynamic, customer focused individuals for a temporary, full time position at the JM Smucker Store in Orrville. These positions guarantee 40 hours per week, NO SUNDAYS and NO WORKING PAST 6:30pm! Sound like a dream sales and customer service based job - IT IS!

Qualification

All qualified applicants will possess the following skills: FRIENDLY, Active Listening, Customer Service, Selling to Customer Needs, Product Knowledge, People Skills, Energy Level, Dependability, General Math Skills, Excellent Verbal Communication; TEAM PLAYER!

Previous Customer Service and/or Retail Sales experience is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

  • Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance
  • Advises customers by providing information on products
  • Helps customers make selections by building confidence; offering suggestions and opinions when appropriate
  • Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and other credit cards
  • Keeps customers informed by notifying them of upcoming sales/promotions and new merchandise of potential interest
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
