The position is responsible for the efficient handling of services necessary to support sales and customer accounts. This position acts as a hub between the external customer, sales, and operations. This position maintains the alignment of internal process and system configurations to meet the customer delivery expectation. The position will have direct contact with both internal and external customers and is considered to be a key contributor to the overall company performance through the support activities necessary to sustain customer satisfaction.
Support all inside sales and business requirements, and establish strong processes and procedures based upon standard work flow across all accounts. Oversee daily sales processes, resolve issues, and utilize relevant tools and procedures to provide prompt and courteous customer issue resolution. Communicate status and other issues to sales leadership teams as necessary.
This position is accountable for sales support, call center support, performance measurements, and administrative functions in support of a sales team. The position is focused on typical inside sales activities and direction of call center activities to allow Account Managers to improve customer satisfaction.
Position is focused on increasing daily sales, processing internal orders, managing open orders, and managing customer configurations. Must translate needs into clear actionable tasks. Is the voice of customer between internal teams. Owns, develops, and improves the customer relationship.
Working hours: 8 am to 5 pm
--Associates or Bachelors degree in business and/or related work experience in customer relations or sales required
--Minimum of 3 years of experience working in related job position
--Strong report writing and sales analysis experience with proven analytical problem solving skills
--A proven self-motivated, conscientious, team player with business acumen, able to identify and develop solutions to business issues as they arise with an internal or external customer.
--Sales, outside sales, or marketing experience with desire to work with a sales organization preferred Technical knowledge and/or specialty skills to provide product/equipment information are preferred
--Excellent communication skills to maintain favorable customer relations, interact with suppliers and internal departments, and to tailor approach to audience
--Demonstrated experience and success working in a fast paced, matrixed environment satisfying multiple customers.
--Must be able to handle conflict and hostile disputes with the ability to develop creative solutions
--Proven track record of meeting commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
--Ability to identify and develop solutions to business issues as they arise with a customer or internally
