Summary:

The Sales Support Manager provides oversees and coordinates the activities of the Sales Administration team, provides management, development and motivation to team members, and brainstorms and initiates improved sales support processes.

Essential Functions:

Manage and mentor the sales support team to maximize productivity and team spirit.
Plan and implement new sales support processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
Build a strong team by effectively recruiting, developing, motivating and managing.
Achieve a superior service excellence with internal and external customers.
Ensure accurate, prompt order and buyout and trade-up processing.
Monitor and manage invoicing, reducing credits generated.
Prepare and support annual budgets/monthly forecasts.
Manage Lease Portfolio and Fleet Implementation.
Maximize leasing and vendor partner programs.
Participate in Sales process for major accounts.
Accurately calculate monthly commissions.

Working hours: Full Time

Skills:
Degree in Business or a relevant discipline preferred.
Proven experience with Building, Managing and Mentoring a Team.
Strong leadership, confidence, able to motivate and inspire.
Ability to direct others, providing positive and corrective feedback.
Analytical, innovative, creative outcome-based problem solver.
Organized; able to coordinate and effectively use resources.
Excellent business acumen with ability to strategize.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer focus; customer service skills.
Sales experience helpful, not required.
