Job Description

The Recruiting Specialist provides recruiting services to internal and external candidates for a variety of professional level positions within the organization. This position works directly with the Talent Acquisition team, to assist in the sourcing, screening and selection process for internal and external candidates. The Recruiting Specialist may also collaborate with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Compensation, and Talent Management Human Resources areas. The Recruiting Specialist may partner with third party vendors and staffing agencies to develop and implement sourcing strategies to fill vacancies with quality candidates in a timely manner.

Working hours: M-F 8am to 5pm Flexible

-Job Responsibilities: *Follow recruiting processes to source and assess high quality candidates, by collaborating with the Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, HR Business Partners and compensation team to understand candidate qualifications. *Utilize labor market conditions/trends to adapt sourcing strategies accordingly. *Establish/maintain solid working relationships with business areas across the organization. *Promote the organization with external candidates; maintain effective vendor relationships with search firms, employment agencies and advertising partners. *Participate in presentations/meetings to promote recruiting processes. *Applies broad understanding of employee relations, labor relations, compensation, benefits, training, organizational development, and staffing throughout all activities in a confidential manner with a high regard for sensitivity. *Partners with Talent Acquisition Consultants, Employee Relations Consultants, Hiring Managers and Candidates to seamlessly and efficiently coordinate interviews, offer documentation and facilitate onboarding. *Partners with HR Service Center, Facilities, and User Provisioning to ensure a successful Hiring Manager and Candidate experience prior to start date. *Independently manages projects as assigned, relating to recruitment practices.
