Job Description

Our East side client is looking for experienced customer service representatives to join their team! This is a temporary role lasting about 2+ months, with the potential to be hired on. This client is a benefits company offering a variety of products and services to customers in all 50 states.

Our client is looking to hire exceptional customer service professionals for their Jan. 21 class, and Jan. 28 class!

Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service ensuring customer needs are met with the first call and expectations are met in order to retain and grow the value of our existing business.
- Maintain proficiency and knowledge, in product offerings and processes, for select client divisions and be able to promote, up sell, and cross sell new and existing services to the customers.
- Build trust by interacting with customers in a way that gives them confidence in the intention at the time of the interaction and those of the organization.
- Promptly and accurately document relevant actions in operation systems to ensure subsequent quality service to customers by other employees.
- Facilitate problem resolution and continuous customer satisfaction improvement efforts, including effective documentation and communication of issues to the appropriate parties. Uses appropriate problem-solving research tools.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of demonstrated experience in a Front Line Customer Service environment
