Job Description

Given our rapid growth across the U.S., we're seeking a diligent and personable Account Manager to join the team. Pay: $65k-$85k (based on experience) + excellent benefits (health, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off) + bonus pay

Responsibilities:
- Manage the department, act as the face of the company and act as the trusted partner for your customers
- Drive adoption of the platform and communicate outcomes that lead to renewals, expansion, and advocacy across your customer base
- Oversee client onboarding and ensure that it is efficient, timely, accurate, and an overall great experience
- Ensure user engagement rates are maintained
- As appropriate, upsell customers on the platform
- Work closely with customers to establish the best experience for their employees and measurable outcomes, which are reported back throughout the customer lifecycle
- Work closely across internal departments to create and deliver the best experience for your customers

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Ability to establish rapport and work effectively with a wide range of levels and personalities
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently and accurately
- Must be able to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
- Background in Account Management (3+ years)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with HIPAA is a plus
- Experience in healthcare account management is a plus
- Proven customer service success
