Job Description

Looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to work full-time at a company in Duluth, MN. This is a temporary 3-4 month position starting early December. The first 2 weeks of the assignment will be a training period working hours between 8am-4:30pm CST. After training, Customer Service Representatives will be working 8 hour shifts, 40 hours per week sometime within the company's hours of operation (7am-11pm CST). The right candidate will have some flexibility within shift hours, but once a schedule has been decided it will be consistent for the remainder of the assignment.

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
--Answering incoming calls from consumers with questions about spending cards, website navigation and other internal procedures
--Taking inbound calls from consumers and researching issues over the phone
--Utilizing the computer database to verify and document information
--Consistently meeting established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards

Working hours: 7:00am - 11:00pm

Must have qualifications/experience:
--1 year of customer service experience or experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer
--High school diploma, GED, or 10 years of equivalent working experience required
--Available to work 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts anytime within the operating hours of the site (7am-11pm CST)
--Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications and the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications as needed
--Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone
--Ability to multi-task and stay organized
--Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
--Willing to work and contribute in a team environment
--Knowledge of Eligibility processes, practices and concepts preferred.
--Basic knowledge of managed care industry preferred

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
--Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer
--Call center environment with moderate noise level due talking, computers, printers.
