Are you a confident, team oriented individual with outstanding professional communication skills? Spherion is currently searching for a candidate with these qualities to join our client as a Senior Onboarding Specialist!

The Senior Onboarding Specialist is responsible for implementing new services for large clients, ensuring a seamless integration. The Senior Onboarding Specialist is the primary resource for all parties involved in the implementation process and takes ownership from the contract phase through completion of set up. The role requires a high level of organization with strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize workload based on ever-changing business needs. This position interacts with Regional Sales Directors, brokers, prospects, client contacts and operations service teams.

Essential Responsibilities:

Serve as primary point-of-contact to clients during the entire implementation process from sales through set up, utilizing professional interpersonal skills to include diplomacy, tact and empathy
Partner with the Regional Sales Directors and other customers to understand and articulate critical deliverables discussed throughout the sales and implementation process
Assist in completing product proposals and Request For Proposals (RFPs) as requested by Regional Sales Directors or through the sales help desk
Provide communication and education to the internal and external customers on the mechanics and processes of onboarding to include the processing of timelines, software functionality and plan design review
Lead collaboration efforts with broker and/or client to gather all implementation requirements (specific plan design, contracts) while maintaining a "big picture" view of the total client project which includes understanding the
Partner with clients in educating on self-service tools (internet/intranet) and identifying and planning communication strategies through ideation and deployment

Working hours: Mon-Fri

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Business or related field; may be substituted by four years directly related experience
Two years' experience in a customer-centric consultative and relationship management role
Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain and foster relationships at all levels of the organization
Successful experience coordinating activities and tasks of a variety of resources towards a specific business goal
Self-motivated and able to resolve issues independently
Proven presentation and facilitation skills, conveying complex, employee-related training
Availability and willingness for occasional travel to outside client, meeting or conference requiring overnight stay
Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency and experience with presentation technologies
Knowledge of COBRA and tax advantaged benefit programs
Previous experience in Benefits Administration, working with insurance brokers and/or carriers or in the health insurance industry
