Job Description

The service adviser is to insures that customers are greeted openly and friendly, coordinates fleet & customer repair requests,estimates service times within set guidelines, and manages shop repair orders. Assists Service department with clerical duties, such as: documentation required for service records, warranty, policy settlements, customer and vendor contact.

This position is direct hire with benefits and a compensation package.

*Experience with heavy duty trucks and/or diesel service preferred but not required.
*Dealership service experience preferred.
*To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Accounting software and Repair Order Processing Software.
*Sufficient manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment (or operate a PC)
*Position requires the ability to operate motor vehicles
*Ability requires a person to bend, twist, squat, reach in order to perform tasks on truck components.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

*The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, due to tools and engine noise
*Computer Skills (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Suite, Etc.)
*Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

*Ability to lift minimum of 60lbs - 150 lbs. unassisted
