Spherion is partnering with a local distribution company in search of a Service Analyst. This unique, operationally-focused role will serve as the right hand of the Operations Manager, with day-to-day functions of reporting, scheduling

Responsibilities:
- Employee scheduling (to include seasonal/high demand temp employee scheduling)
- Ensuring order fulfillment and customer follow-up
- Track and report performance metrics
- Monitor employee time and attendance
- Monitor balance on receivables
- Assist with process improvement projects
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Call center experience preferred but not required
