Shipping Coordinator Assistant

Job Description

Your role as the Shipping/Coordinator will enhances the customer experience by providing world-class logistical and documentation support. This employee will assist sales by supporting the sales personnel and the daily activities to deliver products to the company's customers. This position reports to the Sales and Shipping manager and he/she is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service and timely and accurate fulfillment of contracts.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints.
Prepare shipping quotes for customers.
Prepare sales reports for senior management.
Keep a meticulous record of shipment information

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills.
Computer literacy skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to multitask.
Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Highly self-motivated.
Good understanding of GMPs.
