Job Description

Event Planner/Social Media Coordinator
Nonprofit Association in Branchburg is seeking a marketing associate to help with event planning and social media communications with member base. This is a small team environment in a professional office setting.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Creating flyers and newsletters
- Event Planning including speaker arrangements, sending out invitations, and tracking RSVPs.
- Answering phones and greeting guests/visitors
- Calling affiliate members about advertising opportunities
- Social media coordination
- Other office related tasks as needed

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Requirements:
--Computer savvy
--Experience using MS Excel, email programs, and social media programs
--Customer Service mindset

Education:
Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Hours: 9 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday or it could be part-time if desired.
