Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for increasing Spherion's Social Media presence in each staffing office market using various sources and methods. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Work with the Sales Manager to create and implement campaigns
- Online outreach and promotion using scheduling software to post on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and more
- Monitor and post on blogs, forums, and social networks
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Create and manage the local Social Media and Marketing campaign calendar
- Help distribute marketing materials
- Attend Marketing and Community events

Working hours: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive
-Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office, designing graphics software such as Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Spark Post.
-Familiarity with marketing and social media scheduling software computer software, as well as, online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Chrome)
-Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
-Associates or Bachelors Degree in a related field, such as, Marketing, Business or Communications
