Job Description

Spherion, in partnership with American Family Insurance, is currently recruiting for a customer service rep to work in one of the specialty claims call centers.

Responsibilities:
This individual will be taking inbound calls from possibly policyholders, agents, and/or 3rd party vendors. This individual will also be performing administrative tasks such as tracking in Excel, processing reimbursements and other data entry type tasks.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Type 30wpm
Skilled in Excel

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Experience in call center environment
Able to use dual screens
Data entry experience


This individual will be able to work independently but also function in a team environment. Must have previously worked in a customer service setting.
