Job Description

National Sports Industry Organization is searching for an Experienced Call Center Manager, where daily Customer Service Excellence and met Quotas are at the forefront of the company

Daily Duties:

-Interview potential candidates
-Make hiring decisions
-Manage a medium to large team of Customer Service Representatives (10-15)
-Runs daily and weekly meetings
-Achieve daily and weekly quotas
-Strive for Excellence!

Working hours: 8:00 - 5:00 PM

Skills required:

- Call Center experience in a managing role as must
- 5 years experience minimum
- Expertise in organizing meetings and efficiently running them
- Sports Industry a PLUS!
- Ability to meet daily and weekly quotas
- Knowledge of the Sports industry is highly desired!!
