Job Description

The Sr. Admin - Operations Support will participate in Help Desk Ticket and PCS Audits, Analysis and Development of Scripts/SOPs, Conducting Time Studies, Creation of Reports, Communication of Known Issues and System Outages, and User Acceptance Test (UAT).

?? Conduct research and audits to determine if processes and system results are correct and efficient. This includes tracking, investigating and working returned tickets and auditing of Tier 2 software tickets before they are assigned.

?? Develop, update and test manual processes (scripts or SOPs) as needed. This Includes maintaining User Documentation and Visio flow charts.

?? Analyze existing forms, reports and methods to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance or other methods.

?? Analyze trends, conduct time studies, and create solutions to ensure processes are aligned to comply with client policy, and to meet or exceed contractual and internal performance standards and expectations.

?? Create sophisticated and comprehensive reports used to educate and assist site management and program client. This includes Remedy reports and Dash Board reporting to Deloitte.

?? Communication with the State/Deloitte. This includes communicating known issues, impacts from the release, and reporting outages.

?? Investigate and research the impacts of changes, escalated items, documenting and tracking, resulting decisions and assist in implementing

?? Conduct UAT testing as needed (Remedy, PCS, and CTC). This includes creating test plans/scenarios and executing test scenarios per plan.

?? Lead workgroup meetings, and outcomes

?? Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM

--Strategic thinker, creative and resourceful problem solver.
--Strong administrative, analytical, organizational and project management skills.
--Ability to analyze complex processes; identified user needs
--Collaborate/Interact with business partners including client liaisons, business analysts, software development team members, trainers, end users and all levels of management.
--Strong excel skills
--Experience in writing training material including training manuals, job aids, daily training briefings, quick reference guides or PowerPoint presentations.
--Ability to analyze and write SOPS or system documentation/test scenarios
--Experience in Help Desk and/or Call Center background a plus
--Experience using a report writing tool


1-4 years

Associates degree or two years relevant work experience
