Sr. Builder/Project Manager

Job Description

Spherion is seeking an experienced Sr. Builder/Project Manager/Program Manager for a local residential company. This position will be working with the team, the customer and managing the overall quality of construction and ensure the timely completion of new homes in accordance with established budgets, policies, procedures and standards of the company.

Salary DOE $70-100k +
Direct Hire Opportunity

- Construction Management
- Subcontractor Management
- Reporting and Paperwork-Variances, PO's etc.

Skills:
Requirements:
-5+ years technical construction experience & Bachelor Degree in C.M. a plus
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and with attention to detail
-Relationship with and oversight of Subcontractors
-Buildtrend knowledge a plus

Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years
