Job Description

The right candidate will assist with processing all Customer Service-related transactions in an ERP system, resolve issues and escalate where needed, and develop reports and tools for efficiency and Supervise staff within the dept.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:

? Own account management of accounts from set-up & order entry to inquiries & shipment
? Process work in accordance with relevant working practices and mentor team members
? Play an active role in the training of new hires which includes hands-on training, PP material contributions and when appropriate participate in the hiring of new team members
? Ensure that SOPs are up-to-date, clear and infallible
? Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes and customer Support methodology and in turn act on development of solutions
? Provide support to the team beyond standard operating hours, where needed
? Support Sales and Customers by providing answers to questions, & share solutions with the team
? Assist A/R for collections & intervene in credit & collections issues to help reach resolution
? Work with Supply Chain to alleviate backorders by reviewing backorders vs receiving in tandem with collections
? Develop tools and spreadsheets to help create department metrics & process efficiency; improve workflow
? Establish oneself as a go-to in the absence of mgmt as well as a point person for customer account management

--Analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail; demonstrated accuracy in data entry and report generation
--Ability to work with remote teams without interruption of order processing
--Self-starter who takes initiatives to attain customer satisfaction and grow the business
--Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
--Demonstrated organizational, customer service & follow up skills, effective written / verbal communication a must

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
? Bachelor?s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business or equivalent account management experience
? 2-3 years exp. in the medical device industry/medical supply mfg or distribution/or hospital/clinic environ. is a plus
? Intermediate Excel a must, Word; SAP experience preferred


This position is offering a salary of $50-60k annually
The hours are normal day business hours.
