Job Description

Great opportunity for 30 hours Overtime pay!

Stackers - $14.00 per hour

1st shift Monday - Saturday 4:00AM - 4:00PM
2nd shift Monday - Saturday 4:00PM - 4:00AM

Responsibilities:
STACKERS

- Stacker is responsible for correct and timely packaging of good cured tile.
- Stackers will stack tile onto pallets.
- Tie and wrap pallets.
- Stackers will rotate these duties throughout the shift.
- Treat people with respect, work ethically, with integrity, accept responsibility for own actions and uphold organization vision, values and objectives.
- Must work well with coworkers.

PRIOR TO SHIFT

- Clean area
- Make sure molds are stacked in correct area
- Restack molds that are lying around
- Prepare yourself (i.e. put on back brace, gloves, etc.)
- Get into position for stacking

DURING SHIFT

- Grab stacks of tile and place on pallet
- Count correct number of tile in each row
- Let sorter know if you need a different denomination to complete a row
- Push and fix rows to make sure they are straight
- Manually turn table for next row of tile
- Insert cardboard divider if needed
- Move to next pallet if switch time if not wait
- Switch when time is up

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
- Must be able to stack tile quickly
- Must be able to lift/grasp 33 pounds
- Must be able to twist and bend
- Able to stand on feet at least 12 hours a day up to 6 days a week
- Need to be able to lift and move wooden pallets by dragging/carrying
- Must be capable of perceiving and understanding, above ambient noise and light levels, the production line starting alarm and forklift horns/ reverse alarms.
- Manufacturing a plus
- Able to use manual tools a plus
- Must have consistent work experience
- Must be available to work in a dirty and dusty environment
- Must be available for LONG term employment, NOT only temporary
- Be careful with attention to detail

- Eligible to work in the U.S.
