Job Description

Spherion Staffing is hiring Stand Up Forklift Operators in Lebanon, IN!

*$1/hour bonus*
520 Hours till eligible to be hired on FT. If hired on $500 Sign on bonus, along with Free Medical & Vision insurance. 90 day and 6 month reviews with potential raises!

Shifts:
Saturday - Monday: 6:30am - 4:30pm: $17/HR

Tuesday - Friday: 2pm - 10:20pm: $16/HR

Tuesday - Friday: 10pm - 6:20am: $16.25/Hr

Responsibilities:
Perform general processes, including picking parts, receiving parts, packing parts, and putting parts in storage locations.
Perform duties outlined below in addition to assisting functional areas when available.
Adhere to general safety requirements.
Operations of equipment including fork trucks, picker trucks, and reach trucks.
Other duties as assigned by the Executives/Supervisors/Managers
*STEEL TOE BOOTS REQUIRED.*

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
Work is normally performed in a warehouse work environment.
Bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Infrequent land and air travel may be required.
Generally limited exposure to physical risk.
Comfort with working at elevated heights.

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiar with industry part numbers and warehouse processes.
PC and basic computer knowledge.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED and UPDATED RESUME
