Implements, modifies, tests and administers supply management metrics and business processes. Liaison between IT, Planning and Supply Management functions. Conducts analysis of supply management processes and user needs and recommends changes as appropriate.
Working hours: 8 am to 5 pm
1)-Analysis/Reporting: Analyze and prepare reports monitoring Supply Chain key performance metrics, process metrics, and exceptions. Utilize report writing tools to create insightful reporting from various data sources. Perform analysis (e.g., statistical, trend /correlation /control charts) to identify and proactively communicate trends, root causes, performance, etc. Present reporting/analysis in a manner that provides insight and drives change
2)-Manages supplier set-up process which includes collecting necessary documentation and ensuring all appropriate fields in the ERP supplier master tables as completed and updated
3)-Process Documentation/Training: Lead efforts that update and/or document corporate/departmental policies and/or procedures. Develop and provide supporting training and communication, as needed.
4)-Auditing: Schedule independent reviews of processes, procedures and/or contract quality. Perform Sox assessment tests on Supply Chain controls. Prepare management reports on compliance and test results as requested. Identify, recommend and write process controls, test scripts and communications, where needed
5)-Other projects as assigned .
