Job Description

We are seeking a Call Center Customer Service Rep/Tier 1 Support to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing plan and service information and resolving customer issues. There may also be positions in Mason, OH

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries
Provide information as requested
Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Resolve issues quickly and effectively

Working hours: 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A combination of experience and education equaling 3 or more years

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Positions will start October 1st and last until January 2019. Interviews will begin in September
