SUMMARY: Responsible for receiving calls on Clients 1-800 telephone lines and responds to inquiries and requests for assistance.
MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Identifies problem, troubleshoots, and provides advice to assist callers. Understands Clients structure and how the to direct the calls to the appropriate area.
Working hours: Anytime between 7:30AM thru 7:00PM
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Requires a high school diploma, three or more years related experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Proficient analytical, communication and vocational skills required. Requires basic keyboard proficiency and familiarity with basic PC office
