Job Description

Working as a Full-time System Support Assistant, the primary duty of this position is to provide assistance and complete projects as delegated by the Systems Support Manager. This position requires an individual that enjoys working with people and solving problems, while using critical thinking and system resources to mine out data. You must develop and maintain courteous, professional and effective working relationships with all departments; while working in a fast-paced environment that empowers critical thinking and collaboration with other departments. This is an entry level position. 


Required Position Qualifications: 
Ideal candidates will have at least 2-3 years IT Help Desk experience, or similar position, as well as knowledgeable in MS Outlook & Word. Must possess expert level knowledge of MS Excel. Must have excellent problem solving skills as well as advanced mathematical skills for statistical analysis. Must have ability to dig in and mine out information. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills; possess strong attention to detail; be highly motivated, self-directed and customer service orientated. Must pass pre-employment drug test, random drug screens and follow all company policies and procedures.
